I know our local schools can be underfunded, and teachers sometimes have to come out of pocket for classroom needs throughout the year.  I am aware a teachers budget can be tight and may not always have the extra funds they may need for a classroom. I also know there are kids in your class that may need a new pair of shoes, or a jacket for winter that you would love to give them but can’t financially. I am going to pledge $1 for every $1,000 of transactions I do in 2023 to a teacher/classroom of my clients choice.

For example, if my client uses me as their realtor and sells or buys a property for $200,000 I will donate $200 to a teacher of their choice to use in the classroom.
